Sales Executive - Machester

As Sales Executive you’ll make sure that every customer feels unique by understanding exactly where and how our vehicles fit into their life. It’s all about matching the person to the right car and ensuring they have the features and add-ons to suit. From financing to contracts, you’ll aim for total customer satisfaction right through the process.

• Acting as a point of contact between customers and companies
• Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
• Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs
• Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase
• Advising product developers on improvements to include in forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
• Creating proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure
• Inspecting inventory in stock and the quality of the product on display
• Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations

At least five years of experience in sales and management, public relations, retail marketing and other related positions in the commercial industry. Candidates who have worked directly with customers and in sales departments have a better chance of succeeding in the role. Experience in public speaking, negotiation, CRM systems or social media marketing can also be beneficial.
